Your hammam experience consists of these steps
Warming Up (Adaptation)
When you enter the hammam, you spend the first 15-20 minutes on hot marble or by the basin for your body to adapt to the heat.
15-20 MinutesSweating
Lying on the heated stone, sweat is released and the dead skin layer is softened.
10-15 MinutesScrub and Foam
The warmed body is cleansed of dead skin with a scrub by our professional attendants, followed by a massage with natural soap foam.
20-25 MinutesResting
At the end of the ritual, you balance your body temperature by sipping herbal tea in the cooling room.
