Both serve different purposes. If you like dry heat, sauna; if you have shortness of breath and want your skin to soften, steam room is ideal.
Is steam room recommended before scrubbing?
Yes. Since steam softens the skin faster than sauna, a 10-minute session before scrubbing ensures much easier removal of dead skin.
Is eucalyptus scent mandatory?
Our service includes aromatherapy as standard, but intensity can be adjusted for our guests with sensitivity.
Who cannot use it?
Our guests with high blood pressure, heart failure or advanced varicose vein complaints need to get doctor approval.
